Being a “stay at home” mom now, I have realized my need for hats. Â Funny that before, I never really “needed” a hat. Â But a quick run to the grocery store has become a little more difficult than it used to be since I am now at home with my son all day with no family to just “drop him off real quick” with.
I may not be able to hop in the shower and dry my hair before some errands. Â Heck, if I’m able to get some make up on my face, I’m really doing good.
Now come on, do any of you know what I am talking about here? Â Or am I the only one with this dilemma? Â I sure hope not.
My husband has PLENTY of hats, but none that are cute for this momma. I wanted a cute girly hat for my quick errand runnin’ moments. Â I have seen some cute ones in nice boutiques which inspired me to make my own version for myself.
There are loads of tutorials for making a no sew rolled fabric flower on the internet. Â I found one I liked and got right to it. Â I could post my steps here, but I thought since there are already so many great ones out there, why re-do a good thing!
Here is the tutorial I used from Sugar Bee Crafts. I found this one to be the simplest instructional video. Â You should also check out her blog, she has lots of great tutorial goodies!
